My name is Ralph McGrane.
I am employed by Gibbs
& Hill as a Group Supervisor in the Structural Engineering group.
My business address is 11 Penn Plaza, New York City, New York 10001.
I was in the same position on December 31, 1984.
I was not interviewed by Management Analysis Company
("MAC"I'in connection with their management quality assurance audit of the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station in 1978.
I became aware only recently that MAC had prepared a report on their work in 1978.
I have never read me MAC report.
I was not aware of the July 1980 request by the Intervenor, CASE, for discovery of all evaluations, studies or audits that had been conducted at the Comanche Peak

I have not participated in any discussions regarding whether or not the MAC report should be produced in response to such discovery requests.
