BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, a Notary Public in and for S -eru m County, Texas, on this day personally appeared ROBERT SIEVER, who by me being duly sworn upon his oath deposes and says:
My name is Robert Siever.
I am employed by Brown
& Root as a Field Inspection Supervisor for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Unit 1 ASME and NON-ASME Quality Control.
I assumed this position in August of 1985.
In December, 1984 and until August, 1985, I was a ASME Quality Control Supervisor for Brown & Root at the Com*nche Peak Steam Electric Station.
e I was not interviewed by Management Analysis Company
("MAC") in 1978 (I did not join Brown & Root until 1981) in connection with their audit of the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station.
I became aware that MAC had conducted an audit and had prepared a report through general conversation at the Comanche Peak site sometime in 1985.

I have never had a copy of the MAC report nor have I read the MAC report.
I was generally aware of discovery requests made by the Intervenor, CASE, in the 1980 time-frame, but did not know the specific documents that had been requested.
I did not participate in any discussions regarding whether or not the MAC report should be produced in response to CASE requests.
