Docket No. 50-294 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-51 AMENDMENT N0. 10 Effective May 1,1977, Indemnity Agreement No. E-51, between Michigan State University, and the Atomic Energy Comission, dated April 12, 1968, as amended, is hereby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragraph 4, Article I, to read as follows:

"In the course of transportation" means in the course
