Dear Mr. Thomas:
In accordance with your 2/7/85 letter requesting classification of the MSU Emergency Plan items. Attached to this letter, please find:
- 1. Copy of May 21, 1984 letter transmitting Revision 1 of the Plan which responds to the telephone request of Mr. Bates on May 8, 1984.
- 2. The revised pages for Revision 1, dated 5/9/84.
- 3. The revised pages for Revision 2, dated 10/17/84.
The items identified in the " Emergency Plan Review dated January,1985 have, we believe been responded to in these revisions. Specifically, the specific items are identified as:
Section 3.7
- 1. Describe protective measures for emergency personnel. Please see Section 7.4.3, pp. 17-18, Section 7.6, p. 19, Section 3.4, p. 13 Section 8.3, pp. 19-20.
- 2. Provide evacuation routes and primary and alternate assembly areas.
Please see Section 2.13, p. 8 and Section 7.4.3. pp. 17-18.
Section 3.10
- 1. Provide for critiques of all drills, including timely evaluation of observer comments and corrections of identified deficiencies.
Please see Section 10.2, p. 22.
