ORDER AUTHORIZING DISMANTLING 0F FACILITY AND DISPOSITION OF COMPONENT PARTS - MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY TRIGA REACTOR The Commission has issued the enclosed Order that authorizes facility dismantling and disposition of component parts for Facility License No. R-114, in accordance with your application dated January 20, 1989, as supplemented on May 4, 1989. If all component parts are disposed of to one person or organization, the recipient must be informed that the parts may not be reassembled or exported without approval of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Copies of the Environmental Assessment and F;nding of No Significant Impact, which has been published in the Federal Register, and the Safety Evaluation are also enclosed.
