The enclosures are entitled, " Guidance and Discussion of Requirements for an Application to Terminate a Non-Power Reactor Facility Operating License, Revision 1", and Regulatory Guide 1.86,
" Termination of Operating Licenses For Nuclear Reactors." Another useful document to be used in your decision making process concerning the decommissioning of Michigan State's TRIGA reactor is the American National Standard for Decommissioning Research Reactors, ANSI /ANS-15.10-1981.
