On February 12, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed its end

-of-cycle performance review of Fermi Power Plant (Fermi), Unit The NRC reviewed the most recent quarterly performance indicators (PIs) in addition to inspection results and enforcement actions from January 1, 2014, through December 31, 201 This letter informs you of the NRC's assessment of your facility during this period and its plans for future inspections at your facilit The NRC determined the performance at Fermi during the most recent quarter was within the Regulatory Response Column of the NRC

-up assessment letter based on that report that moved the Fermi Power Plant from the License Response Column to the Regulatory Response Column of the Action Matrix beginning the first quarter of 201 The supplemental inspection was completed on December 4, 201 That inspection report and assessment follow-up letter was issued on January 15, 2015 (ADAMS Accession Number ML15015A739) returning Fermi to the Licensee Response Column a t the start of the first quarter of 2015
