RE: Cost Benefit Equation Terms Nate -this is covered in Section 5.7.1 of NUREG/BR-0184 (which I had included in the box of documents I sent at the outset of project), and it is also described in Section G.6.1 of our SAMA evaluation for Pilgrim (page G-30), and in the licensee's Environmental Report/SAMA submittal.
