Ginna CRDR Supplemental Report dated July 14, 1987

Dear Mr.Stahle:

As a part of the Control Room Design Review (CRDR), an extensive sound level survey of the Ginna Control Room was performed.

The results of the study indicated that certain alarm systems did not'fall within the guidelines of NUREG-0700, thereby, requiring system modifications.

The referenced submittal described those modifications, and others, and committed.

that work associated with Ginna Control Room alarm systems would be completed by June 30, 1988.The modifications were to change certain Control Room alarms to achieve distinguishable sound levels when compared to the annunciator alarm which was to be the reference.
