Dear Mr. Hsu,
On April 8, 1998 we had an informal telephone conversation concerning the upcoming OSRE at Ginna Station.
I initiated the call with the intent of ascertaining what information you needed in order to perform your pre-OSRE planning activities.
During that conversation you requested the following:
1)
The target selection set and selection criteria, j
including a brief discussion of the overall methodology development.
2)
Un-cluttered, low detail, general location and equipment layout drawings which show building entrances, access / egress routes etc..
3)
A brief discussion concerning the ability of antagonists to cause LOCAs outside of containment.
4)
A brief discussion of the preparedness of plant operators to achieve Safe Shutdown should the antagonists achieve partial success and disable selected mission critical plant systems.
5)
My e-mail address so future informal interactions can be transacted promptly.
Enclosed please find the requested information. Please take note that some of-the information is stamped safeguards and must be handled accordingly.
Sincerely, 1
David F. Wilson Nuclear Safety-and Licensing g463 Je $W y
