Dear Mr. Johnson:
In accordance with Appendix B paragraph 1.12.2.1 of the Ginna Station Quality Assurance Manual and Section 6.9.3.4 of the Ginna Station Technical Specifications, we are submitting Revision 1 of the 1990 Steam Generator Eddy Current Examination Summary Report for R.E.
Ginna Nuclear Power Plant.
This report summarizes observations and corrective actions resulting from inspections performed during the 1990 outage and identifies the tubes inspected, the location and extent of each indication and the tubes which have been plugged or sleeved.
The only changes made in this revision are to Table 1 to more clearly identify the examination extents.
