Please m fer to our June 23, 1982 letter to you concerning the deferral of construction activities at TVA's Hartsville, Phipps Bend, and Yellow Creek Nuclear Plants. In addition to the plans discussed in the referenced letter, we plan to defer completion of commitments, which were made in final deficiency reports under 10 CFR 50.55(e), audit findings, and in response to NRC violations, to complete work items applying to the Hartsville and Yellow Creek Plants until after restart of design and construction.
