[External_Sender] NRC Documents for Point Beach Missing Dockets 50-266 and 50-301Point Beach Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 Subsequent License Renewal Application To whom it may concern, In researching NRC environmental reports documents regarding the Point Beach Units 1 and 2 Nuclear Power Plant, the data presented on the NRC website is erroneously linked (misfiled) to the Prairie Island Nuclear Reactor located in the adjacent state of Minnesota. Please see the URL trail listed below, and the video clip of said navigation is attached to this email.

1. https://www.nrc.gov/info-finder/reactors/poin1.html then scroll down to Key Documents and Plant Environmental Report
2. https://www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/ops-experience/tritium/plant-specific-reports/poin1-2.html then click on 2019 Radioactive Effluents
3. https://www.nrc.gov/docs/ML2013/ML20136A016.pdf same misfiling with Prairie Island materials
4. https://www.nrc.gov/docs/ML2013/ML20134J135.pdf if you click on Environmental Reports, they are also misfiled (Prairie Island rather than for Point Beach)

Because the correct environmental reports for Point Beach Units 1 and 2 are not available, I and my colleagues are unable to access relevant Point Beach condition reports for recent years (2017-2019 and may be mis-linked for earlier documents). Thus, we are unable to make scientifically based assessments of recent environmental monitoring that is relevant to public health and safety regarding the current NRC License Extension Scoping Activities.

Due to the unavailability of these public documents, we request an extension of at least 180 days to the Scoping process deadlines so that the NRC can find adequate IT resources to provide the

necessary documents for the general public to access, and to provide adequate time for careful consideration by the public of the complex data at hand. The public should be given at least 90 days to access, study and respond to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and 2s environmental reports that had been erroneously mis-linked once the correct reports have been posted. We should also receive prompt information on when to expect that this IT error will be corrected on the public website. Should the NRC need more than 90 days to post all the correct reports for environmental monitoring of Point Beach Units 1 and 2, the final deadlines should be extended to provide at minimum 90 days for the general public to review and respond with comments.

Insofar as the current Point Beach current operating licenses extend until 2050 and 2053 for the two reactors, there is no apparent reason to rush to judgement. This extension of comment time will both allow the NRC time to correct the filing of these environmental reports for Point Beach Units 1 and 2 and make these reports fully accessible to the public for review and comments.

Only then can informed decisions be made by all parties.

Thank you for honoring the scientific process in service of public health and safety, Ann Behrmann MD, Pediatrician, Madison WI Treasurer, Physicians for Social Responsibility Wisconsin (PSR WI)
