As per your request, I am adding some specific items to The News and Observer's Freedom of Information Act request of August 17, 1982 (file number 82-389). The News and Observer continues to request all the items mentioned in our original request in addition to these.

We request all internal, non-public documents, menos, evaluations, reports and other materials dealing with Carolina Power 6 Light Company's nuclear operations prepared by the staff of the Division of Licensing. I have also attached a list of specific events. We request all internal, non-public documents, memos, evaluations, reports and other naterials prepared by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on these events, including correspondence with the company.
