In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act and with please provide me your agency's implementing regulations, with copies of the following records which I believe to be in the custody of your agency:
A report done by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on the odds of a large radioactive release at a U.S.
commercial nuclear reactor. The reactors in the study were, Surry, Peach Bottom, Sequoyah, Grand Gulf, and Zion.
