Dear Mr.Parr:

Zn our March 23, 1979 and July 16, 1979 meetings with you, we outlined our plans to perform a full scale test to confirm the condensation oscillation load specification to be used on the Susquehanna SES Plant.This test is bei.ng planned by Kraftwerk Union and will be run at the GKM facility in Mannheim, Federal Republic of Germany.We plan to forward the test matrix and plan to you during the second week of September.
