NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY In accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's ("ASLB" or "Board") Memorandum and Order of November 18, 1987, Texas Utilities Electric Company ("TU Electric") hereby provides notice that the following Project Status Report ("PSR")

and the documents referenced in such PSR are available for review: */

O) February 8, 1988 In addition to making available for review the documents referenced in the PSR, TU Electric will place in the Document Room in Dallas, Texas indexes of the applicable raw data underlying the PSR. These indices are intended to assist Intervenors in the discovery process and provide a means of comprehensively

  • / Publicly available documents referenced in a PSR such as pleadings filed in this proceeding, NRC Regulatory Guides, and industry codes are not placed in the Document Room in Dallas, Texas. In addition, the FSAR although not in the Document Room will be made available in Dallas upon request.

organizing, identifying and making promptly retrievable the raw data underlying the PSR. The indices will be maintained and periodically updated by TU Electric in the Document Room in Dallas, Texas.

Finally, TU Electric has established a computer link between its Document Room in Dallas and the data base maintained by the TU Electric Document Control Center ("DCC") on site.

Upon five days notice to the TU Electric contact referenced below, TU Electric will provide a trained computer operator to access the DCC data base.

All arrangements for reviewing the documents and indexos and for access to the DCC data base should be made directly by Intervenors through TU Electric's point of contact, Debra Anderson, Texas Utilities Electric Company, Telephone No. (214) 812-4379.
