Virginia Electric and Power Company's April 14, 1997 letter (Serial No. 97-103) committed in item 9-6 to provide the NRC a copy of the revised North Anna Emergency Plan (NAEP). Enclosed is Revision 21 of that plan. Table 4.1 and Appendix 10.11 have been revised to reflect the addition of the ISFSI.
