Virginia Electric and Power Company's April 14, 1997 letter (Serial No.97-103) committed in item 9-6 to provide the NRC a copy of the revised North Anna Emergency Plan (NAEP). Enclosed is Revision 21 of that plan. Table 4.1 and Appendix 10.11 have been revised to reflect the addition of the ISFSI.
These revisions to the NAEP do not implement actions which decrease the effectiveness of the plan. The NAEP continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47.
Also enclosed for your informatiori are the Corporate Emergency Response Plan and North Anna Emergency Plan implementing Procedure 1.01, Emergency Manager Controlling Procedure, Revision 30. Item 12 in Tab C of Attachment 1 of this procedure has been added to reflect the ISFSI.
