The information is as initially received without verifi-cation or evaluation and is basically all that is known oy NRC staff on this date.

Subject:

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FOUND ONSITE About 12:35 AM on April 25, 1986, a contract laborer employed by the licensee found a small amount of marijuana (less than one ounce) in a personnel change facility within the protected area. The substance was immediately turned over to plant security personnel . The licensee is conducting an investigation and will notify the Pennsylvania State Police. The NRC was notified at 10:30 AM on April 25, 1986. Onsite NRC personnel will follow licensee actions.
