MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - PUBLIC MEETING BRUNSWICK STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT 50-325 AND 50-324

Dear Mr. Gannon:

This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Ms. Katy Core of your staff and Mr. Caudle Julian of this office on May 10, 2005, concerning an inspection exit meeting (Category One public meeting) which has been scheduled for June 24, 2005, beginning at 9:00 a.m. (EDT). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is for the NRC to present the results of the NRCs inspection of the Brunswick Plant license renewal program to be conducted June 6 - 24, 2005 at the Brunswick site.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/NRC/ADAMS/index.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
