Dear Mr. Scarola:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Randy Ivey and Mr. Eugene DiPaolo of this office on May 31, 2006, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for June 22 at 10:00 am (DST). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting, scheduled at your request, is to discuss management changes and activities at the Brunswick Nuclear Plant.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
