(Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-387 and 50-388

Dear Sir:

Enclosed for filing are three originals and nineteen copies of an "Application for Amendment of Construction Permits Nos., CPPR-101 and CPPR-102 to Extend Construction Completion Dates."

The Application regarding Construction Permit No. CPPR-101 is a Class II amendment as it has no safety or environmental significance and is pro forma and administrative in nature. 'he Application regarding Con-struction Permit No. CPPR-102 is a Class I amendment as it is a duplicate of an amendment for a second essentially identical unit at the same site, where both proposed amend-ments are received, processed, and issued at the same time.

I have therefore enclosed two checks. One is in the amount of $ 1,200 for the Class II Amendment and the second in the amount of $ 400 for the Class I Amendment.

Sincerely, Bryan A. Snapp Enclosures 1
