This letter is to infomyou that we have received notice of a claim against Bo_ston Edison.'

The claimants names are Ralph Fitts and James Pires, who allege anxiety and apprehension'due to exposure and lost wages as their employment was discontinued due to their exposure exceeding the limits pemitted by fiRC regulations.

The nuclear liability policies providing protection for the reactor at the Plymouth, Mass. site are lF-188 and MF-53.
