Re: Notices of Claims (1) James & Susan Pires vs.
Boston Edison Company (2) Ralph & Dorothy Fitts vs.
Boston Edison Company and Crouse Nuclear Energy Services,Inc.
D/L 11/23/77 For your convenience, we enclose a copy of our letter of February 9,1978 when these claims were initially filed.
James Pires and wife subsequently filed suit on 3/30/78 but voluntar-ily withdrew it without prejudice on 6/8/78. On 1/22/79 they refiled against Boston Edison.
On 12/19/79 Ralph Fitts and wife filed suit against Boston Edison and Crouse Nuclear Energy Services, Inc. (Crouse being the employer of Ralph Fitts).
Both suits are pending in the Massachusetts Superior Court, Suffolk.
