Dear Mr. Parr:

Zn our March 23, 1979 and July 16, 1979 meetings with you, we outlined our plans to perform a full scale test to confirm the condensation oscillation load specification to be used on the Susquehanna SES Plant. This test is bei.ng planned by Kraftwerk Union and will be run at the GKM facility in Mannheim, Federal Republic of Germany.

We plan to forward the test matrix and plan to you during the second week of September.

We also invite you to view the performance of some of the test runs. At the present time, the week of November 12, 1979 appears to be the optimum time to witness the tests.

We will keep you informed of any changes to our plans and schedule for the GKM-ZIM testing program.
