Pursuant 10CFR55.45(b) (4) (iii), Entergy Operations, Incorporated is providing the following report on the River Bend Station training simulator testing program.

The testing program for 1991 through 1994, described in the December 17,1990 submittal, was completed as scheduled. There were no uncorrected performance test failures. The schedule for 1995 through 1998 simulator performance testing is attached. Testing results and supporting documentarian are on file at the River Bend Station Training Center.
