Dear Mr. Denton:
The purpose of this letter is to request approval in accordance with 10CFR50.90 of a change to the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station Physical Security Plan. Upon notification from NRC that the change is approved, PP&L will revise this application and provide a specific request for revision of License Condition 2.D. PP&L understands that notice in the Federal Register will occur after the revised application is received by NRC.
Pursuant to 10CFR50.91(a)(1), PP&L has determined that the proposed amendment
' involves no significant hazards considerations. An analysis in accordance
