The enclosed report is submitted pursuant to the requirements of Subarticle IWA-6240 of Section XI of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and ASME Code Case N-532-5.

The Enclosure to this letter contains the summary report, Form OAR-1, "Owner's Activity Report" for inservice inspections for Class 1, 2, 3 and MC components. The report is for the first outage of the third period of the fifth ten-year interval for Class 1, 2, 3 systems and the first outage of the second period of the third ten-year interval for MC components at PBNP Unit 1.

Table 1 of Form OAR-1 references evaluation LTR-SDA-20-079-P that will be submitted in accordance with IWB-3134(b) of ASME Section XI.
