In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5) and 10 CFR 72.44(f), NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra) hereby submits a description of changes to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant (PBNP)
Emergency Plan and a summary of the analysis demonstrating that the changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the plan. The plan continues to meet the requirements in 10 CFR 50 Appendix E and the planning standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b). The changes were incorporated in the following procedures issued December 15, 2021 at PBNP:
EP Appendix C, Maps, Revision 21 EP Appendix L, Meteorological Monitoring System Design, Revision 5 Description of Changes and Summary of Analysis EP Appendix C was revised to replace Population Distribution map with current version and editorial changes.
EP Appendix L added equipment I Os for the meteorological towers.
These changes were evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(3). These changes were determined to not reduce the effectiveness of the PBNP Emergency Plan.
