Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Revisions In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 72.44(f), the Tennessee Valley Authority is submitting a description of changes to the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN)

Radiological Emergency Plan. The affected documents are the SQN Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIPs) listed below.

EPIP Revision Title Effective Date(s) 1 56 Emergency Plan Classification Matrix October 28, 2020 8 22 Personnel Accountability and Evacuation October 21, 2020 The above referenced revisions were evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(3) and 10 CFR 72.44(f) and determined that the changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan. Details of the revisions are included in the enclosure.

• Attachment 1, Cold Initiating Conditions, corrected note for CA3 to remove "15 minutes" and replace with "the applicable time" which will align the wall board with the wording in the basis.

EPIP-8. Revision 22

• Appendix C, Page 16, revised Note with proper direction on using the X74800 PA

[public address] Bridge.

• Appendix C, Page 17, added step 4.1 .A "Enter the date and time the siren was activated in the MCR [main control room]." Below this step, added a table to record the date and time.

• Appendix C, Page 19, Step [9], redirected the notification to the CECC [Central Emergency Control Center] Nuclear Security Manager vice the CECC Director.

Provided the phone number to the CECC Nuclear Security Manager vice the CECC Director phone number.

• Appendix C, Page 19, Step [10], replaced CECC Director with CECC Nuclear Security Manager. Added the backup notification to the CECC Director in addition to the ODS

[Operations Duty Specialist].
