ENCLOSURE: SQN UNITS 1 & 2 DESCRIPTION OF REVISION/CHANGE EPIP-1, Revision 54 Updated values for RA1 and RU1 based on Revision 1 of Calculation SQS20247. This included the addition of a value for the Auxiliary Building vent monitor in RA1 and steam generator (SG) discharge monitors in RU1. The note previously applied to RG1, RS1, and RA1 was also added to RU1 regarding the SG discharge monitors. It also included removing 90- 255 from RG1, RS1, and RA1 and adding an A to 90-256. The references for RG1, RS1, RA1, and RU1 were all updated to eliminate an extra space in the calculation number. Spelled out name for Condensate Demineralizer. Updated units in RG1, RS1, RA1, and RU1 to reflect design output (changed h to hr and

µCi/sec to µCi/s). The wall boards in Attachment 1 were updated accordingly.

Corrected spacing for the Fuel Clad Barrier Loss 3.A on the wall boards to align with Attachment 3.

Removed (a or b or c) from Initiating Condition (IC) SU3 to eliminate redundancy and align the formatting with other ICs/Emergency Action Levels (EALs). The wall boards were updated accordingly.

EPIP-2, Revision 36 Added Appendix C Notification of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) as a Quality Assurance (QA) Record.

Added Appendix H Activation of ERO [Emergency Response Organization] Using TEENS [TVA Enterprise Emergency Notification System] as a Non-QA Record.

Updated the table in Appendix H to be consistent with the fleet.

Changed reference on page 21 "Alert" to Notification of Unusual Event in title of Appendix F.

Replaced references to Emergency Action Level (EAL) with Initiating Condition (IC) for each instance throughout.

Corrected EPIP-1 title in Section 2.2.

Corrected Operations Duty Specialist (ODS) numbers on page 21.

Changed Initiated to In Progress for clarity on page 23.

Performed other minor typographical/editorial changes throughout.

EPIP-2, Revision 37 Added step to make a public announcement (PA) announcement (step 1), all other steps were renumbered accordingly in Section 3.4.

Added to note that Chemistry sampling can be deferred until after ERO augmentation, if necessary, in Section 3.4.

Replaced Radiation Protection with Chemistry for dose assessment, and updated phone numbers accordingly in Section 3.5.

Removed redundant duties and responsibilities of the TSC RPM and the OSC RP Supervisor out of Sections 3.2 and 3.3. These duties are fully listed in EPIP-6 for the TSC RPM and EPIP-7 for the OSC RP Supervisor.

Changed wording in the procedure from Thermal Luminescent Dosimeter (TLD) to Primary Dosimetry this is based on the use of Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL) dosimetry.

Made clarifications to Section 1.A dealing with the discussion of required amount of RP technicians for a REP activation. The total in the procedure was 8 RP technicians, in 30 minutes, and 14 RP technicians, in an hour, This is still the requirement; however, the wording discussing this was clarified to state the requirement.

Added discussion of TEENS Section 1.

Clarified the wording in Section 3.5 for Chemistry to better match EPIP-6 and 7.

Performed minor editorial changes to Sections 3.6.H and 3.6.I.

Updated Section 4.0 to comply with EPDP-8 to adequately discuss which records are quality related and when they are considered such.

EPIP-14, Revision 24 Changed Appendices to Attachments to be in alignment with the Writers Guide, and updated references to the appendices to reference attachments in the body of the procedure.

Corrected reference to RCI-20 (which has been cancelled) to the current procedure, NISP-RP-03 in Section 3.8.

Replaced RCI-20 with NSIP-RP-03 under Interface Documents and Developmental Documents sections on page 4.

EPIP-14, Revision 25 Changed the required amount of ANSI qualified Radiation Protection personnel for a REP activation in Section 3.1.A. The totals have been changed to 6 RP technicians total in 60 minutes, and 10 RP technicians total within 90 minutes. This change is in accordance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission Letter dated August 6, 2018.

Added the statement Radiation Protection will also ensure one vehicle driver (1) is available onsite within 60 minutes and one vehicle driver (1) is available onsite within 90 minutes to account for timely dispatch of monitoring vans in Section 3.1.A. This change is in accordance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission Letter dates August 6, 2018.

Replaced "Radiation protection" with "Chemistry". The responsibility to perform a Dose Assessment changed from Radiation Protection personnel to Chemistry personnel in Sections 3.1.B, 3.4.C, and 3.4.E. This change is in accordance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission Letter dated August 6, 2018 Changed the time requirement for one additional Chemistry Technician to be available onsite from one hour to 90 minutes in Section 3.1.G. This change is in accordance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission Letter dates August 6, 2018.

EPIP-14, Revision 26 Added Table of Contents on page 4. All subsequent pages were renumbered.

Added Radiological Release and Radiological Plume to Anticipated Conditions and the applicable Protective Considerations in Section 3.6.A table.

EPIP-15, Revision 11 Added discussion of protection of large populations in Section 4.2.B. (CR 1263579-005)

Removed superscript letters and replaced with numbers so that it corresponds with the notes in Appendix C.

Removed "stop radioactive release(s) comparable to EPA PAGs or Restore plant equipment necessary for maintaining Critical Safety Functions and combined into one statement on protection of large populations, with examples in Appendix D, second step in chart.
