- On January 8,1963, Mr. Welchel of PGL.E called.to inquire

, about scheduling of activities leading to the issuance of ~

a construction perait on Dodega plant. He stated he would not presume that nty remarks would indicate a ' commitment on ,

pss, a part of the Staff to a schedule. that he might propose.

He was advised that March was the time'for the next regular ACRS meeting after the _one being held at the later, part of' .

this month, and that the Bodega case would probably be discussed with the committee at'that time. There was also 'l discussion of the time required after ACRS' approval for I preparation for public hearing and for subsequent action.

Mr. Welchel inquired about a time which we would consider. (
