J This afternoon we delivered to the Appeal Board the retyped version of the Appeal Board hearing I
held on Waterford, May 30, 1985.
The original delivery of transcripts was rejected by Elva Leins 1
l on June 4, 1985 because Chairman Rosenthal did not l
l like the typeface on our printer.

As you und I discussed'today, we are providing this retyped version for the convenience of Chairman Rosenthal.
We do not find anything lacking in the original transcripts delivered, and we have had l
no complaints from either other NRC users or the general public about the typeface used on our transcripts.
Nevertheless, we would like to accommodate the Chairman 1
of the Appeal Board.
