The Nuclear Regulatory Commission, in consultation with the Department of Energy, has )

, completed a preliminary review of the Foreign Ownership, Control or influence (FOCl) packages submitted by those entities bidding to purchase the U.S. Enrichment Corporation through a merger & acquisition process. Our preliminary review indicates that several pieces of information are missing or additional information is required to complete the FOCl reviews.

Enclosed are questions for each bidding entity that identifies information needed to complete their FOCl submissions. Please note that the enclosed questions represent the results of an initial review and that additional information may be required during further reviews of the submissions. j I
