The Preconstruction Conference for the above referenced pro-ject has been scheduled for 9:00 AM on Monday, December 15, 1986.

The conference will be held in Room 209, Main Building on the U.T. - Austin Campus.

Representatives from your firm, including your Project Super-intendent, and your principal sub-contractors, should also plan to attend. By copy of this letter, other involved parties are in-vited to attend the conference.

A copy of the Preconstruction Conference Information brochure in enclosed and will be used as the agenda for the conference. The contents will be discussed as well as any questiona you may have.

It will be beneficial if you will review the material prior to the conference. You should prepare a list of your key project person-nel, including sub-contractors, for distribution at the conference.
