Dear Mr. Denton:
The University of Texas at Austin is amending the license request dated November 9, 1984 and sub-sequent letters to relocate the proposed project at an alternate location within the Balcones Research Center Site.
Details and features of the amended site location are enclosed.
Movement of the facility-location from the south-west to the southeast side of the. Bureau of Economic Geology-Research and Administration Building is in re-sponse to an administrative evaluation of potential re-search activities related to structures present-on the original site.
The amended site location is approxi -
mately 130 meters from the original site, thus the general features of the site are unchanged.-

The date projected for completion of project construction'is December 31, 1987.
This date extends the orginal date six months to reflect the current projected schedule and allows another six months for project related delays.
