This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. M. E. Murphy of this office
during the period September 22-23, 1988, of activities authorized by NRC l
Construction Permit CPPR-123 for.the University of Texas, and to the discussion
of our findings with.Dr. T. L. Bauer at the conclusion of the inspection. .
Areas examined during the inspection included mechanical equipment, piping and i
electrical systems installation; construction progress and schedule update.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of
representative records, inte: Views with personnel, and observations by the NRC f
inspector. The inspection findings are documented in the enclosed inspection i
report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
