NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-602/92-02; 50-192/92-02

This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. L. T. Ricketson of this office

on December 7-11, 1992.

The inspection included a review of activities

authorized for your NRC licenses for the Balcones Research Center and Taylor

Hall facilities. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were

discussed with you and those members of your staf f identified in the enclosed

report.

Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report.

Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were

identified.

We have also examined actions you have taken with regard to previously

identified inspection findings. The status of these items is identified in

paragraph 3 of the enclosed report,

in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of

this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
