The University of Texas is actively preparing the response for additional information regarding_the Operator qualification and requalification portion of its license submittal dated November 9, 1984. A request to extend the response time to March 15, 1985 is made so that the appropriate attention may be given to each of the questions. Preparation of responses to final questions related to the site visit consumed more time than anticipated and has delayed the com-pletion of the responses related to operator train-ing programs.
