One copy of the Quality Assurance (QA) Plan (revision 0, November 1990) h enclosed. One copy has been sent to Mr. A. B. Beach, Director of Division of Radiation Safety and Safeguards.

Material in this submittal is for the docket 50-602 research reactor at the University of Texas. This submittal contains no substance changes or revisions to the previously approved QA Plan documents. The original document submittal was Chapter 9 of the Safety Analysis Report 9/84 including changes (letter 4/4/85). The enclosed copy contains the original submittal and approved changes in a single document.
