ISSUANCE OF FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE (CORRECTION)
The above captioned license was issued by the staff on January 17, 1992. -We have discovered two errors in Section 7.4.1.5, independence, Redundancy, and Diversity on page 7-!2 of NUREG-1135, Supplement No.1, Safety Evaluation Report Related to the Construction Permit and Operating License for the Research Reactor at the University of Texas. On line 15 of Section 7.4.1.5 remove the word "nat." On line 16 of-Section 7.4.1.5 replace the word
" interface" with " independence." This error has no effect on the conclusions of the Safety Evaluation.
