Amendment of Construction Pernit CPPR-123 Dear Sir Pursuant to section 50.55(b) an extension is requested for the University of Texas construction permit (CPRR-123).
Extension of the final completion date by 4 months to April 30, 1989 is requested.
The Ce.neral Contractor, CIT Construction incorporated of Texas is in oefault of the contract cenpletion date. July 24, 1988 Allowance of additional time (to Oct. 3. 19E8) has not been sufficient to complete the reraining vork.
Estimates of the remaining work are in the 3-5: range.
Altreugh notification of substantial cotipletien of the work has been eade by the contractor, estinates of the ccepletion time necessary for defective and unfinished work indicate December before the University can take occupancy of the areas.
