ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AMENDMENT NO. 11 The Commission has issued Amendment No. 11 to Facility Operating License No.

R-75 for the Ohio State University Research reactor. The amendment consists of changes to the license in response to your submittal dated April 30, 1986.

The amendment corrects an administrative error created by Amendment No. 7 which allowed two different allocations of U-235. The amendment allows 4.6 kilograms of U-235 to be possessed under the license.

A copy of the amendment and the related Safety Evaluation are enclosed.
