I am writing this letter to inform you that the report required by 10CFR50.33(K) regarding assurance of funds available for decommissioning The Ohio State University Research Reactor is awaiting signature by the Provost, the administrator designated to the USNRC as the responsible University official. The Provost has been out of town and will be back in his office the week of July 30.
