APPROYAL OF THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY REACTOR OFERATOR/ SENIOR REACTOR OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION PROGRAM The staff of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has completed its review and evaluation of the revised Reactor Operator and Senior Reactor Operator Requalific0 tion Program at the Ohio State University Research Reactor which was submitted by letter dated October 27, 1986, as supplemented. The program was reviewed against the requirements of Appendix A to 10 CFR Part 55 and the guidance contained in ANS1/ANS 15.4.

Based on its review, the staff concludes that the requalification program for the Ohio State University Research Reactor meets the requirements of the regulations and is, therefore, acceptable.
