rs-During our discussions of the Mech / Piping work and the QAYQC work, we pointed out a number of inconsistencies between the Mech / Piping work and the QA/QC work.
This note is to make sure that you are aware of these points and assure that they are resolved.
The principal points involve:
Mech 2(AQW 30) vs QA/QC AQ 7 relating to the Stanford NCR n-(Mech looks more comprehensive)
%T Mech 43 vs QA/QC 8 liner plates
=-
[D R lE6'T Mech 10 vs QA/QC A? 61 gouged pipe W f C.
In addition the QA/QC design QA staff needs review by Terao, Landers and Chen.
In addition, QA/QC AQ35 appears inconsistent with QA/QC AQ135 with respect to use of irs vs NCRs.
