,This instruction establishes the methods by which design review will be performed on all design documents relating to field analyzed piping and related support structures.

2.2 SCOPE This instruction is applicable to all original design work and revisions performed onsite by the field-analyzed piping and support division (FPSD). .

t , 2.3 RESPONSIBILITY It shall be the responsibility of the group supervisor I to ensure that design review.is perfonned in accordance

2.4- DESIGN INPUT 1 :

1 2.4.1 Any reference material required to perform a design review which is maintained off-site will be provided by the design

. organization responsible for such material. This includes-criteria, data, calculations, procedures, etc.
