a. CabletraysupportswhichweresupposedtoIlavebeenfabrtcatedfrom A-36 steel were, in fact, f abricated from other unknown s.tcel due to a shartage of A-36 material. Theshopengineer(IndividualB)was aware of the substitution,

b. During fabrication of tubular supports,1/8" rod was used instead of the 3,32" rod spectfled,

c. At the direction of Individual B, tubular steel supports were reworked in the fab shop without proper documentation and QC inspection.

Individual A indicated that Individuals C and D were two welders who could supporf jallegations. Individual A was tehninated from the site in July _.7111owing a disyreemens with Indt vidual D. '
