At 9:30 a.m. on March 15, 1982, a telephone all.egation was received from
.Jndividual A, who identified himself as having been previously employed as i

At the direction of Individual B, tubular steel supports were reworked c.

1 Individu'al A indicated that Individuals C and D were two welders 's support f allegations.
Individual A was tenninated from the si.te in July 1981 following a disagreement with Individual B.
